Regarding the Covid-19 Situation

SINGAPORE COVID-19 REGULATORY RESPONSE: BACK TO PHASE 3 (HEIGHTENED ALERT)

In view of the recent announcement made by the government, Singapore will be entering back into Phase 3 (Heightened Alert). Our Experience Studio will continue to serve everyone, enforced with the necessary procedures to keep everyone safe. We seek everyone's co-operation to make this experience safe and enjoyable. Minidesk's operations such as customer service and deliveries will continue as usual.

The safety and well-being of our customers and our team are of our highest priority, safety measures will be enforced on our premises. Further measures may be put in place or relaxed according to governmental regulations. 

Please kindly take note of the following measures:

• Experience Studio will remain open.
However, we still strongly encourage conversing with our sales team via our hotline or email.

Please kindly take note of the following steps to be taken to help us in the fight against COVID-19. These measures are being taken to ensure that the viewing of our desks will be pleasant and safe for both our customers and staff.

1. Masks are to be worn at all times.
2. Please kindly check in using the Trace Together App or Token and allow our staff to take your temperature.
3. Usage of hand sanitizers will be compulsory upon entry.
4. 5 groups (Max. 2 pax for each group) of visitors will be allowed at any given point in time.
A maximum viewing period of 15 mins per group will be enforced during peak hours.
5. 1m safe distancing to be observed within the Experience Studio.

We hope to seek your kind understanding and patience regarding this matter as we continue to deliver the ultimate desk to the comfort of your homes and offices.

• With digitization fully in place, we are able to operate without interruptions. Our support and sales hotline and channels are fully operational.

• Non-contact Flatpack delivery and assembly. More information below.

• Self-collection for Minidesk is still not available.

Non-Contact Flatpack Delivery

The safety and well-being of our customers and our team are of our highest priority, thus Non-Contact Flatpack Delivery will be mandatory aside for Special Cases*.

• Delivery team to call upon arrival to the designated location

• Products to be placed at your door step (do kindly note that our motorised legs are heavy ie. 25kg approx.)

• Team will step away from the items, and inform you that the delivery is done  (do let them know if you need any help)

• Pictures to be taken as proof of delivery

• Customer will be required to bring items into house

• Team to sanitize their hands after each delivery made

*Special Cases:
As our products are heavy , there may be cases that our customers will not be able to move the item into the house.  Do kindly inform our logistics team if you require assistance. They would seek your approval to enter with the item. Precautionary measures will be fully taken, but use this option only if necessary.

Non-Contact Assembly

• Delivery team to call upon arrival to the designated location

• Preference of product locations will be confirmed via phone to ensure assembled desk can fit through the doors and spaces

• Products will be assembled outside of the house (Lift lobbies etc) wherever possible

• Once the assembly is done, our team will inform you via phone calls or texts

• Pictures to be taken as proof of delivery

• Customer will be required to move desk into house.

• Team to sanitize their hands after each delivery made

*Special Cases:
As our products are heavy , there may be cases that our customers will not able to move the item into the house. Do kindly inform our logistics team if you require assistance. They would seek your approval to enter with the item. Precautionary measures will be fully taken, but use this option only if necessary.

We understand that majority of our customers will be starting to work from home and we are trying our best to increase our delivery capacity so that everyone will receive our products in the shortest period of time.
